Section 1 in The Punjab Local Authorities Laws (Exercise of Power) Act, 1953
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Punjab Local Authorities Laws (Exercise of Powers) Act, 1953.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force at once.
