Section 17(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Credit (Provision of Facilities) Act, 1979
(1)A bank shall have the right to inspect the books of any co-operative society which has either applied to the bank for grant of financial assistance to be provided to its members or which is indebted to the bank on account of any financial assistance given earlier by the bank to the society for such purpose.
