Section 34(2) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(2)Any party to the dispute aggrieved by the decision thereon under sub-rule (1) may prefer an appeal within a period of fifteen days from the date of the decision to the Assistant Commissioner of Labour concerned :Provided that, the Assistant Commissioner of Labour may admit an appeal after the said period if the appellant satisfies such authority that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within that period.
