Section 36(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 2003
(1)An election petition shall-(a)contain a concise statement of the material facts on which the petition relies;(b)set forth lull particulars of any corrupt practice that the petitioner alleges, including a statement of the names of the parties alleged to have committed such corrupt practice and date and place of the commission of each such practice : and(c)be signed by the petitioner and verified in the manner laid dow n in the Code of Civil Procedure, Samvat 1977. for the verification of pleadings:Provided that w here the petitioner alleges any corrupt practice, the petition shall also be accompanied by an affidavit in the prescribed form in support of the allegation of such corrupt practice and the particulars thereof
