Section 2(1)(ix) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(ix)'Delegate of Members' means an individual elected in accordance with these Rules in the Preliminary Meeting of a Co-operative Society including a self supporting society to participate in the General Meeting of the Society;
