3. 1. Learned AGA referring to the order dated 6.8.2025 submits that the copy of the appeal memo(s) could not be served on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s). He seeks further one week time to serve the copies on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents in all the appeals listed today including the appeals, W.A. Nos. 1176 & 1210 of 2023.
2. Mr. Kunja Sundar Das, learned counsel submits that the writ appeals, W.A. No.1135, 1139, 1150, 1153, 1177 and 1265 of 2023 are to be listed since the issue and facts involved therein are identical with the present matters. He submits a memo to that effect which is taken on record.
Accordingly, on the next date W.A. Nos.1135, 1139, 1150, 1153, 1177 and 1265 of 2023 shall also be listed along with present appeals.
3. Apart from the W.A. No. 1193 of 2023, all the connected writ appeals which involve similar issue, will be taken up and are to be listed on 23.09.2025.
4. It is submitted by Ms. Iqbal Shabiya, learned counsel that she has instruction to appear along with Mr. A. Das, learned Sr. Advocate in W.A. No. 1244 of 2023.

5. It is submitted by Mr. K.C.Sahu, learned counsel that in W.A. No. 1435 of 2023 he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent on 15.07.2025 in the Registry.
Name of Mr. K.C.Sahu be reflected in W.A. No. 1435 of 2023 as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the case brief and cause list. The name of Mr. Kunal Kumar Swain, learned counsel and associates who were appearing earlier, be deleted.
6. W.A. Nos. 1176 and 1210 of 2023 are listed separately. But being identical to the issue involved in W.A. No. 1193 of 2023 (State of Odisha v. Madhurima Panigrahi), they are to be listed along with the batch of cases on 23.09.2025.
