44. Notice of wage period [Section 30(2)].
- Notice of rates of wage, date of payment of wage and names and address of the inspectors of concerned region to such establishment and date of payment of unpaid wages to such workers, in English, Hindi or in the local language understood by the majority of such building workers shall be displayed by the employer at the conspicuous place in each establishment by every employer.
