Application, pending disposal of this O.P (CAT).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP (CAT) and upon hearing the arguments

The learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submitted that on his oral request, the additional documents which are very essential and necessary for adjudication of the present O.P.(CAT) may be taken on record. Oral request is accepted. The additional documents are taken on record.
Sri.Sajith Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the documents were never put to them and therefore seeks time.
By looking into the documents, we deem it appropriate to issue notice before admission. Sri.Sajith Kumar appears for respondents 1 to 3. Notice to the 4th respondent.
