Section 1 in The U.P. Intoxicating Liquor Objectionable Advertisements Act 1976

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Intoxicating Liquor (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1976.

(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.

(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on November, 1975.
