Section 20 in The Kerala Ground Water (Control and Regulation) Act, 2002
20. Cognizance of offences and Trial.
- No court shall take cognizance of any offence publishing under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence submitted with the prior permission of the Secretary of the Authority.
