Section 250(3) in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009
(3)If such owner or occupier does not show cause to the satisfaction of the Chief Municipal Officer or if the nuisance is not abated, the nuisance shall be stopped by the seizure and auction of the animal or the bird found in the premises after cancellation of the licence therefore.
