53. Meeting to be open to the Public.
- Every meeting of the Education Committee shall be open to the public unless the presiding authority deems any enquiry or deliberation pending before the Committee, such as should be held in private: Provided that the said authority may at any time cause any person to be removed who interrupts the proceedings or whose presence, in his opinion, is undesirable.
