ORDER
1. The petitioners is before this Court seeking the following reliefs:
I) Issue Writ in the nature of Cetiorari by quashing the impugned order in O.S. No. 276/2012 on the filing of Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge, Belagavi dated 30.03.2022 which is marked as ANNEXURE-L. II) Issue any other Writ or direction as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of Justice and Equity.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo dated 12.02.2024, signed by him, which reads as under:
