Section 42(1) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(1)The Election Officer shall, after declaring the result forward a copy of the return to the Competent Authority concerned and shall hand over to the Officer authorised by the Election Authority the packets of ballot papers, whether counted, rejected or tendered. These packets shall not be opened and their contents, shall not be inspected or produced except under the orders of an authority competent to decide election disputes.
