Section 19(3)(f) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018

(f)A street vendor who fails to vacate the place within the time mentioned in the notice shall be relocated from the place by force as may be determined by the Chief Executive Officer or any other official authorised by the Chief Executive Officer.
