Section 8(d) in The U.P. Homoeopathic Medical Colleges (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
(d)make any arrangement or hold out that arrangements have been made for lecture, coaching or tuition or for experiments in, any laboratory with a view to imparting instructions in homoeopathy.
