Section 100(1) in Presidency-towns Insolvency Act, 1909
(1)A warrant of arrest issued by the Court may be executed in the same manner and subject to the same conditions as a warrant of arrest issued under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898), may be executed.
