(2)An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within thirty days from the date of the order made by the Rent Authority. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by the Rent Authority shall, subject to decision in appeal, be final and shall not be called in question in any original suit, application or execution proceedings.
