(3)On and from the appointed day, the control and management of the Faculties referred to in sub-section (1) and the Fishery Research Station referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (2) and all properties and assets, movable and immovable, and all liabilities in relation thereto shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the University.
