Section 47C(1) in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1985
(1)Every medical institution, which intends to be recognised for the purpose of this chapter, shall apply in Form M-l to the Drug Controller, Madhya Pradesh who shall convey his decision within three months of the receipt of the application.
