Section 25(2) in Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989
(2)Where a resolution for dissolution of a society is passed sub-section (1), the governing body, shall take such steps for the disposal and settlement of the property of the society and its claims and liabilities it may, think fit subject to the regulations of the society, if any.
