Section 13(3) in The Rajasthan Money-Lenders Act, 1963
(3)On the receipt of such application and deposit or of a report to that effect from an officer acting under section 16, the [Assistant Registrar] [Substituted, by Rajasthan Act No. 6 of 1993, w.e.f. 9-12-1993. ] shall hold an inquiry in the prescribed manner and, if he is satisfied that the money-lender has been guilty of such act or conduct, he may cancel the licence of the money-lender and may also direct the return of the deposit made under sub-section (2).
