                                                          ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.8221 of 2021.

2.This criminal revision has been filed by misconception. The petitioner has to approach the civil forum to redress his grievance.

3.With such liberty this petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is rejected at the SR stage itself.

4.Mr.Poornachandran, learned Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel is appointed to represent the petitioner.

5.The Registry is directed to return the papers that has been submitted by the petitioner to him for further process.
