Section 24(1) in Rajasthan Urban Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
(1)The State Government may, after consultation with the Town Vending Committee, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
