(a)Deputation of Sub-Inspectors of Schools to Junior Training schools should not be made as a measure of punishment. If a particular Sub-Inspector's work is unsatisfactory the remedy is not in transferring him to a training school, but in such cases disciplinary action should be taken against the Sub-Inspector of Schools concerned.
