Section 25 in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
25. Marketing Development Fund.
- All receipts of the Board shall be credited into a fund to be called the Marketing Development Fund.(2)[ All expenditure incurred by the Board shall be defrayed from such fund which shall be jointly operated upon by [the Chief Administrator] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 21 of 1973.] [or the Secretary and any officer of the Board authorised by the Board in this behalf.] [Substituted for words 'the Chairman' by Act No. 38 of 1980.]
