Section 58(ii) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(ii)to assist the member or any officer or other employee of the Authority in the lawful exercise of any power vested in such member, officer or other employee under this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
