(2)The license being non-transferable under section 18 of the Act, in case of sudden death of the licensee, which shall be conveyed to the Licensing Authority immediately, the license shall remain valid until the expiry of -(a)the period of three months beginning with his/her death; or(b)such longer period as the Licensing Authority may allow.
