(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in the provisions of this Act, the Development Authority may use the services of any person, firm, society, co-operative society or Company in respect of any particular jobs, for a particular period; or for particular purpose subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the State Government.Chapter-IV Powers and Functions
