Section 13(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and such place and shall, subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of its business at its meetings (including the quorum at such meetings) as may be provided by the regulations.
