13. Amendment of certain enactments and rule of construction for reference to Scheme and Fund in other laws. —
(1)The enactments specified in the second column of Schedule I are hereby amended in the manner and to the extent specified in the third column thereof.(2)All references in any other law or in any instruments for the time being in force to the Employment Guarantee Scheme or Fund of the State Government or in the State of Maharashtra, shall be construed as references to the Scheme or the Fund, as the case may be, under this Act.
