(3)A copy of the proceedings shall be sent to all the members of Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad. Such copies shall be sent within 15 days. In case of a resolution taken under sub-rule (2), the Executive Officer of Panchayat Samiti shall send the proceeding reports to the Chief Executive Officer of Zila Parishad within 24 hours. The Executive Officer shall also send the relevant extracts of the proceedings of the meeting to district/subdivision/ block level officials of the concerned departments for necessary action at their ends.
