The Court: These applications were of by an order dated 5th July, 2017. The said order was subsequently corrected by an order dated 21st July, 2017. The matter, however, was mentioned in view of the inability expressed by the Justice Jayanta Kumar Biswas (retired) to function as a supervisor. The communication received from his Lordship is produced before this Court. The said communication is kept with the record. In place and instead of Justice Jayanta Kumar Biswas (retired) this Court appoints Justice Prabir Kumar Samanta (retired) as the supervisor on the same terms and 2 conditions as mentioned in the order dated 5th July, 2017 as corrected on 21st July, 2017.
Let it be recorded that all the applications were disposed of by the order dated 5th July, 2017 and the said applications shall not be shown as pending.
