Section 12(2) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016
(2)The Board shall submit a quarterly report in Form 12 about the pendency of the cases, visits to Homes etc. to the following:(i)Chief Judicial Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate;(ii)District Magistrate.
