(4)If the Commission, on consideration of the objections or suggestions, referred to in sub-regulation (2), directs further investigations in the matter by the Director General or further inquiries in the matter to be made by an officer of the Commission so authorized by it, the Secretary shall convey the directions of the Commission to the Director General or the officer so authorized, as the case may be.
