Section 10(1) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(1)Where an inspection or inquiry has been ordered by the Chancellor of the university under subsection (7) or (8) of Section 9, the university may depute one of its officers to represent it, in such inspection or enquiry.
