Section 3(16) in The Rules for Payment Of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Educational, Cultural & Physical Education Institutions, 1963

(16)The age of superannuation for teachers shall not ordinarily exceed 58 and no extension/re-employment in service shall be granted beyond the age of 60. In special cases the Government may waive this condition for not more than 5 years particularly for teachers doing post-graduate teaching or research work.[The age of superannuation of employees holding posts equal to class III and Class IV employees of Government shall not exceed 58 and 60 years respectively.] [Added by Notification No. F. 1(164) Edu/Cell-VI/68, dated 21-3-1969 [1-7-1969].][No. Government servant retired on superannuation will be re- employed by any Institution receiving grant under these Rules].
