Section 52(1) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(1)A person who has put in 25 years service or more shall remain on deputation to the University till the date of his superannuation according to State Government rules, unless he is reverted earlier from the University to the State Government. On retirement he shall be granted pension by the State Government according to the Rajasthan Service Rules.
