(1)There shall be a State Nodal Agency at the State level which shall be headed by the Director, Industries and Commerce consisting of such other members as may be notified by the Government from time to time. It shall work under the overall superintendence, direction and control of the Government.(2)The District Bureau of Enterprise shall be the District Nodal Agency which shall work under the overall superintendence, direction and control of the Government through the State Nodal agency.
