(2)The licencee shall give at least fifteen days notice in writing to the issuing authority prior to the date of recommencement of manufacture of the drug after cessation of manufacture of the drug as mentioned at sub-rule (1).][Provided that the notice referred to in this sub-rule shall not apply in case the cessation of manufacture is on account of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the licencee.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 500(E), dated 17.6.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).]
