Section 8(1) in Chhattisgarh Stamp (Payment of Duty by Means of e-Stamp Certificate) Rules, 2016
(1)The application for renewal of appointment of the Central Record keeping Agency shall be made to the Appointing Authority atleast three months before the expiry of the running term of appointment.
