Section 14(4) in West Bengal Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2001
(4)in the case of an individual.-(a)by delivering or tendering the notice or order to the individual concerned or his advocate or authorised agent, or(b)by delivering or tendering the notice or order to some adult member of the family of that individual, or(c)by sending the notice or orders to the person concerned by registered post with acknowledgement due;
