Section 289(3) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(3)When Form C.W. 1 is started, the Chief of the Naval Staff and the Captain Naval Barracks (Drafting Office) Bombay, shall be informed. This form shall be in the personal charge of the Commanding Officer. Quarterly reports on Form C.W. 1a shown in Appendix VII on sailors so selected shall be rendered to the Captain Naval Barracks (Drafting Office) on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October each year. One copy of Form C.W. la shall be retained as an enclosure to Form C.W. 1.
