Seen the file of W.P. No. 96 ( Cons) of 1995 and Writ Petition No. 388(Cons) of 1995.Counter affidavit in both the cases were filed by the respondents. Both the writ petitions are filed against the same order of Deputy Director Consolidation by both the parties. Rejoinder affidavit in both the cases is required.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners are directed to file rejoinder affidavit within three weeks and list the matter immediately there after before the appropriate Bench.
