Section 34(1) in The Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1978
(1)The Board shall also establish another fund to be called "the Loan Fund", which shall also be deemed to be a local fund and to which shall be credited all moneys received by or on behalf of the Board by way of loans.
