1. The entire group is now assigned to this Bench by an administrative order on 1st December 2021. The group includes Petitions that have been transferred or re-transferred here from the Aurangabad and the Nagpur Benches.
2. All Petitions raised common issues. We propose to dispose of the group with a common order at the stage of admission. We will endeavour to do so at the earliest.
3. However, some accommodation will have to be made for Advocates who may be from Aurangabad and Nagpur and will need sufficient advance notice. We make it clear that they are free to join online with the login link and id given below. Prior leave is not required. The hearing will be in hybrid mode. Any advocates joining online should ensure that someone on their behalf is present physically if any citations, documents or compilations are to be tendered. We will not be accessing documents online and we do not permit screen sharing for citations.

6. We place the entire group peremptorily first on board for hearing and final disposal at the stage of admission on 6th January 2022. All Advocates and parties are put to notice that the hearing will then continue on a day-to-day basis.
7. All previous interim or ad-interim orders will continue.
8. The Associate will ensure that the entire group is correctly listed on the next date. The Registry will call for all R&Ps in all matters from Aurangabad Bench and the Nagpur Bench that are part of this group.
9. All concerned will act on production of a digitally signed copy of this order.
