(c)Travelling allowance and daily allowance.-(i)The Chairperson and the Members while on tour (including the journey undertaken or on expiry of his term to proceed to his hometown) shall be entitled to travelling allowances, daily allowance, transportation of personal effects and other similar matters at the same rate as admissible to the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary of the State Government respectively.(ii)The Chairperson shall be the controlling officer in respect of bills relating to travelling allowances and daily allowances.
