Section 71(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)No person shall convene, hold or attend any public meeting in any polling area during the period of forty-eight hours ending with the hour fixed for the conclusion of the poll for election in that poling area.
