Section 7(2)(iii) in Punjab School Education Board (XIth Class Examination) Regulations, 1992

(iii)Deficiency of not more than 10 attendances per subject (theory) and 7 per subject (practical) may be condoned by the Head of the institution concerned. Deficiency of more than 10 attendances but not exceeding 20 per subject (theory) and 10 per subject (practical) may be condoned by the Chairman on the recommendation of the Head of the institution concerned on sufficient grounds.
