Section 47 in The Small Industries Development Bank Of India (General Regulations), 2000*
47. Small Industries Bank's lien on shares .-The Small Industries Bank, in the case of partly paid-up shares, shall have a first and paramount lien for all moneys called or payable at a fixed time in respect of such shares. Any such lien shall extend to all dividends from time to time declared in respect of such shares.
